Refund & Exchange Policy at BasNad, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

• Items can be returned/exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
• To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all tags attached.

2. Refund Process

• To request a refund or exchange, please fill this form.
• Sale items are eligible for exchange only and cannot be refunded.

3. Shipping Costs & Responsibilities

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Refunds will only be issued for the item cost. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Processing Time

• Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned items.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Exchanges

• To exchange an item, please follow the same steps as for a refund request. Once we receive your exchange request, we’ll guide you through the process.
